Popular outdoor remodeling projects for homeowners in San Francisco and in the surrounding Bay Area include paver driveways, courtyards, and walkways (all built with earthquake-friendly paving stones!), outdoor kitchens, pergolas, fire pits, retaining walls, and more. • Is System Decking™ or pergolas available in San Francisco and surrounding areas?

  Product availability, including decking varies by region. Currently, System Decking™ is offered in California including in the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as Orange County, Los Angeles, Inland Empire, Newbury Park, Sacramento, North Bay, and South Bay. System Decking is also available in Portland, Seattle, Denver, and parts of Texas. As of 2023, decking is not yet available in Phoenix, Las Vegas, or in all of our Texas markets. Pergolas are offered in all locations, but selection and styles may vary.

• What should I expect when I set up a design consultation with my local Bay Area outdoor remodeling expert?

  Your no-cost, no-obligation design consultation is a comprehensive in-person visit that takes approximately 60-90 minutes. During this time, your consultant will get to know you and what you’re looking for in your outdoor remodel, accurately measure your space, and help you select materials such as paver colors and shapes, add-on elements such as water features, fire pits, outdoor kitchen appliances, turf types, or whatever you need! Your consultant will also create a digital rendering of what your makeover will look like and come up with an accurate cost estimate for your Bay Area home outdoor remodeling project. You’ll have a chance to ask questions, bring up concerns and talk about any specific wishes or needs you have for your outdoor renovation.
