• Are pergolas and/or System Decking™ available in Seattle and surrounding Washington areas?

  Product availability, including decking varies by region. Currently, System Decking™ is offered in Washington, including Seattle and our surrounding communities. We also offer decking California, Washington, Oregon, and parts of Texas. As of 2025, decking is not yet available in Arizona or all of our Texas markets. Pergolas are offered in all locations, but selection and styles may vary.

• What should I expect when I set up a design consultation with my local Seattle outdoor remodeling expert?

  Your design consultation is a free in-person visit that takes between 60 and 90 minutes. During this comprehensive visit, your consultant will find out what you’re looking for in your outdoor remodel, accurately measure your space, and help you select materials like paver colors and shapes, outdoor elements such as fire pits, outdoor kitchen appliances, turf types, or whatever you need! Your consultant will also create a digital rendering of what your outdoor makeover will look like and create an accurate cost estimate for your Seattle home outdoor remodeling project. You’ll have a chance to ask questions and talk about any specific needs you and your family have for your outdoor renovation.
