System Pavers Teams Up with Habitat for Humanity to Enhance Communities in Need
Seattle, Washington - Making a house a home is a top priority for System Pavers - America's leading designer and installer of outdoor living systems. System Pavers’ team members from the corporate office to local sales representatives continuously look for ways to do this not only for customers, but for people and communities in need. Most recently, System Pavers donated all the materials and labor for an 800-foot paving stone patio with an adjacent stairway to a parking area to the New Castle Habitat for Humanity community project. This new patio and staircase system was installed at the 12-home Coal Creek Terrace development and provides residents with a beautiful and functional place for social gatherings and individual family events. “We are very happy to be able to share our products and expertise with communities like New Castle,” said Josh Erlich, VP of Operations for System Pavers Pacific Northwest region. “Giving to our communities is a big part of who we are and gives us all a lot of happiness.” System Pavers was one of a group of companies that came together to enhance the Coal Creek Terrace development’s public outdoor spaces. Other companies included local restaurants that donated food for the work crews. “Homeowners are very grateful and encouraged by the overwhelming generosity and spirit of so many people within the community pulling together,” Coal Creek Terrace resident Cathy Kramer said.
